1. How do I find the item I want to buy?

    On the home page, find the category of the item you want to buy (in the category list at the top of the page below the website title), move your mouse to the category name, and see a list of subcategories. Choose the one your item belongs to and you will be transferred to the product page. You can choose the item you want to buy here.

2. How can I order?

    After clicking on the item you are looking for, select Size and fill quantity, and then click Add to cart. Check the items in your shopping cart. Enter coupons or discount codes if you have any. When you're done, click Next to checkout. Select your check-out method as guest or registered customer (registered customers can log in from the right side). Click Next and you will be transferred to the payment page. Please indicate the destination of the product, the method of payment and the billing address. Check your order information. You can edit your address and payment information. Select "Process Order" to complete the checkout. Remember to keep the order information in a safe place in case you need to check your order status.

3. How do I send my purchased items?

    When we received your payment, we will handle your order with 24 hours. If all goes well, we will ship it with 2 days.

4. How long will the package our country come from?

    After we ship it, the package will be shipped in 5-7 business days throughout the post process. Well, due to unforeseen circumstances, the time will take a little longer. Please do not worry.

5. How can I track my order?

    If you are a registered member of our website, you can track your order via the "Order request" link. Or our customer service can help you to track your order. And if we get the tracking number from the express company, we can also send it and the tracking link to track the status of the package.

7. How can I change my order or cancel my order?

    When we receive your payment, we will handle your order within 2 days. So, if you really want to change or cancel, we hope you can let us know within 2 days. Because when we send it out, it's difficult to stop the package for you. So we hope you can understand.

8. How can I return the items to your company?

    If the quality of the product is not a problem, we can not accept the return. If there are a few problems of the goods (eg the stain or the line not clearly cut off), we hope that you can wash or clean it, then we will give our guest a fair compensation. If the size is small for you or if you've got your jersey, you find that you do not like it and so on, this problem we do not accept. So you hope you can understand us.

9. How many payment methods do you accept?

10. How long can I get the customized product?

    Because the product is customized, we need to ask the manufacturing to produce it. As usual it takes about 15 days to get the article from the factory. We hope you can wait patiently. And once the package is shipped, we will give you the tracking number.

11. Why do you charge my card more than your product price?

    We only receive the product price. The extra money can be charged from the void as the empty fee. Hope you can understand.
